We have partnered with like-minded sustainability professionals to develop and implement site-specific Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMP) ensuring our projects meet all legislated environmental obligations and authority conditions.
As a Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) Member, Qanstruct has been delivering Green Star ratings for both industrial and commercial buildings since 2013 and we have several in-house accredited Green Star Professionals as part of our ongoing commitment to building `better environments’.
Qanstruct has now successfully completed and certified a number of 4, 5 and 6 Star rated projects across Australia. We welcome the opportunity to consider and implement environmentally sustainable design initiatives in our projects that exceed the minimum requirements of the National Construction Code.
With industrial warehouse roofs providing a `blank canvas’ for Photo Voltaic (PV) solutions, Qanstruct has designed and installed solar arrays of up to 5.9MW as part of the commitment of our clients to deliver clean energy solutions for their buildings.
