At Qanstruct, we know the only way to deliver great results is to ensure the safest possible work environment for our staff and our sub-contractors and to create a culture of excellence which drives us to complete every task, every day, to the highest standard.

Safety begins at project conception, and most importantly during the design phase, to ensure what is being documented can be constructed safely and that the end user has considered the safety requirements for all operational aspects once the keys have been handed over for the facility.

We ensure that every Qanstruct work site meets the highest standards of safety and operational excellence, and we have formally achieved ISO:45001 certification. We now have a dedicated Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Manager as part of our wider management structure in both Victoria and New South Wales.

All our works are carried out to OFSC and ISO:45001 standards, and our stringent policies, open communication, and transparent reporting systems ensure continuous improvement. We welcome external safety audits and view our client involvement in this process as essential to ensuring that safety is `front and center’ during the build process.
