Lindt & Sprüngli is a Swiss-based chocolatier and confectionery company founded in 1845, which now operates on a global scale. To help facilitate the ever-expanding business, Qanstruct orchestrated the development of a new head office, manufacturing and distribution facility, with the purpose of consolidating their operations under one roof.

Conveniently located within the Sydney Business Park industrial precinct in Marsden Park, the facility consists of a 20,000m² temperature and humidity controlled warehouse area, 5,000m²of manufacturing and packaging facilities and 4,000m² of office areas.

From this new facility, Lindt & Sprüngli will manufacture and distribute to their popular Lindt Cafes and their preferred supplies across the country via the Toll Group, Lindt & Sprüngli's 3rd Party Logistics provider (3PL).

The facility showcases a complex yet efficient Heating Ventilation And Cooling (HVAC) system that maintains no less than ten (10) manufacturing and storage room conditions of varying temperature and humidity. The HVAC system is monitored and controlled by a Building Management System (BMS) that alerts of any deviation from the strict design conditions of each area.

The three level Lindt & Sprüngli head office projects boldly from the warehouse. The steel structure – some of it exposed to support the feature stainless steel mesh – is clad in aluminium composite sheeting and glass curtain wall, which compliments the buildings clean lines and contemporary design.
