Goodman Property Group engaged Qanstruct to design and construct their facility, ‘Precinct H’, located within the Enfield Intermodal Logistics Centre in Strathfield South, NSW.
Precinct H contains two warehouse buildings with a combined total floor area of 16,500m2 and space for up to 3 tenancies.
Each building, H1, H2 and H3, functions as a storage and dispatch facility with associated administration offices and dispatch hardstands and loading docks.
​- H1 required tenant fit-out works, including a large open plan training room and tech services laboratory area. The facility has also been fitted with a 50kw solar system, and 10,000L rainwater harvesting capacity.
– H2 included a 340kw solar system and 10,000L rainwater harvesting capacity, and provisions for cool room and freezer to be installed by the tenant.
– H3 included 50kw solar system and 10,000L rainwater harvesting capacity.

The Enfield Intermodal Logistics Centre site was reclaimed for reuse. This required rigorous Environmental control methodologies to be applied to not only the design but also each stage of the construction.
The project reached completion in March 2020.
