The Qanstruct Cadet Program is designed to give emerging construction professionals practical experience, real project exposure and a strong foundation for long-term career development in industrial construction
1. Pathway
A two year structured pathway into construction, with hands-on learning and real project exposure across the business.
2. Rotations
Experience different facets of the business through structured rotations that accelerate your learning and expand your industry knowledge including; Construction, Estimating and Project Delivery.
3. Support
Learn from experienced leaders, mentors and a buddy network while developing confidence and industry knowledge.
4. Who We’re Looking For
Suitable for Construction Management students or recent graduates with a driver’s licence, reliable transport and ideally a White Card.
Intake for our Cadet Program occurs at various points throughout the year, depending on business requirements.
