Rinnai, one of Australia’s most trusted brands when it comes to hot water, heating and cooling, have sought out Qanstruct to construct not one, but two warehouse extensions to their existing facilities located in Victoria. With over 45 years of experience, Rinnai is mainstreaming efficiencies by extending their Manufacturing facility in Braeside and their Storage and Distribution facility in Keysborough. The two constructions will aid Rinnai in their company growth and market expansion. The two extensions will support company operations long into the future and enable Rinnai, with the environment in mind, to continue developing their innovative products with high efficiencies and low emission technologies.
The Keysborough Storage and Distribution facility extension will add 5,000m2 of space to the existing warehouse, open plan warehouse with provisions for racking and additional recessed loading docks.
The Braeside Manufacturing facility will be extended by 4,100m2 and will be fitted with a cantilever canopy, provisions for solar on the warehouse extension and sprinkler protection added to both the existing and the new sections of the warehouse.
Both locations will maintain existing water harvesting capabilities and the Keysborough location will utilise existing solar provisions.
With construction already underway at Keysborough and to start in Braeside in March, both projects will reach completion later in 2020.
