A Win for Winning Services

Project

Qanstruct has recently completed a storage and distribution centre on behalf of ISPT for Winning Services, Australia’s most-loved big and bulky goods delivery service, located in Altona North, Victoria.

Winning Services, a subsidiary of Winning Group, has been delivering goods to customers for over 70 years. They provide installation and warehousing solutions for some of the world’s leading brands in the industry, including Miele, Bosch, ASKO, AEG and Liebherr.

With a focus on care, family values, and a world-class delivery and installation experience every time, it comes as no surprise that Winning Services has experienced continued growth throughout Australia.

Operating as their Melbourne Headquarters, the Altona North facility has joined Winning Services’ already expansive distribution network, with existing facilities in Brighton, Chadstone, and Richmond, allowing them significantly greater distribution capabilities throughout Melbourne.

The facility, the largest in Winning Group’s history, comprises of a double-storey office, a 45,000m2 warehouse, two double-storey dock offices, two driver amenity areas, a fully plumbed appliance testing cell, 29 Dock levellers, 10 rapid roller doors and two 29m Super Canopies.

The double-storey office was designed in an open plan format, with office fit-out, for Winning Appliances online sector. Winnings Services will use the Warehouse for storage and Distribution.

Qanstruct worked closely with long-time business partners, ISPT, Aliro, and Winning Group, designing the layout together. The result, an optimal work environment for efficient operations and a facility that will meet the company’s needs and allow them to provide their legendary service for years to come.

Built to achieve a 5 Star Green-Star As-Built Rating, this project incorporates rainwater harvesting, a 99kW solar system, and energy-efficient car parking, to name a few.

Construction was completed in March 2021.
